We give 10 children the opportunity to go to school for one year
This year we have decided to support the association "Help without Frontiers" founded by Benno Röggla from South Tyrol. We totally agree with the credo of the organization that education can reduce poverty, violence and discrimination. Education is a precondition for autonomy, self-confidence and dignity, some of the most essential human rights.
The association "Help without Frontiers" was founded in 2002 in South Tyrol with the aim of helping Burmese refugees - especially children and adolescents in Mae Sot / Thailand. With education, they try to give these children a perspective.
In the school year 2017/2018 a total of 1.546 children are enrolled in five schools supported by "Help without Frontiers". In these schools are provided school uniforms and stationery for the children to offer a decent school environment.
